SEN. Richard "Dick" Gordon called on the government to immediately repatriate 13 Filipino seamen stranded in China since January 2020 due to some disagreements between the shipowners and cargo receiver.
The unidentified seafarers "have been unduly" locked on board the Greek-flagged bulk carrier M/V Angelic Power cargo vessel and were not allowed to leave Guishan, China.
