SENATE Minority Leader Franklin Drilon wants the Senate to look at the supply agreements the Philippines has signed with vaccine manufacturers to assure transparency.
Drilon on Monday asked vaccine czar Secretary Carlito Galvez and Health Secretary Francisco Duque 3rd to submit copies of supply contracts since the price of vaccines are no longer confidential.
