THIS is in response to a published letter in The Manila Times ("A letter to the members of Congress," June 7, 2021) from executives of the Cagayan State University (CSU), and addressed to members of Congress, accusing me, among other things, of withholding the funds allegedly due to CSU from Republic Act (RA) 10931, or the "Universal Access Education" law to Quality Tertiary Education law, because I supposedly refuse to recognize the appointment of Dr. Urduja Alvarado-Tejada as CSU president and appointed an officer-in-charge for the university.
