PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte wants to withdraw the Philippines' vote favoring a resolution seeking an investigation into the alleged crimes committed during the conflict between Israel and the militant group Hamas in Gaza.
On Wednesday, Duterte said he was not consulted before the Philippines voted to back the resolution and wants it withdrawn.
