Human rights lawyer Jose Manuel "Chel" Diokno, one of six nominees of opposition coalition 1Sambayan, on Wednesday declared he will run in the 2022 national elections.
Diokno, however, has yet to decide which position he will gun for, saying he "never aspired" for the positions of president and vice president.
