MILITARY units in Mindanao received P11-million cash reward from President Rodrigo Duterte for "neutralizing" some leaders of the New People's Army (NPA) in the island.
The Eastern Mindanao Command (EastMinCom) on Wednesday announced its "top performing units" received a total of P9 million out of the P11 million during a ceremony in Camp Panacan in Davao City on Tuesday.
