THE Department of Science and Technology (DoST) recently launched its Advanced Manufacturing Center (AMCEN), the agency's state-of-the-art prototyping laboratory that aims to further increase the country's manufacturing sector's competitiveness.
It was launched by DOST's Metals Industry Research and Development Center (MIRDC) last June 14, in celebration of the department's Metals and Engineering Week until June 18.
