ELEVEN of the 119 infrastructure flagship projects (IFP) of the Duterte administration have been completed, Presidential Adviser on Flagships and Projects Secretary Vivencio "Vince" Dizon said in a press conference on Friday.
Dizon said 29 IFPs are projected to be completed before the end of 2022, while 51 others are still under construction and will be finished sometime in 2023 or beyond. These include the Manila-Clark railway, Metro Manila subway and other big airport projects.
