The Commission on Human Rights (CHR) on Friday welcomed the report of Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra on the progress made by the inter-agency review panel investigating deaths linked to the government's anti-drug campaign.

"When it comes to domestic remedies, we have agencies that are currently looking into allegations of human rights violations in the country," Jacqueline Ann de Guia, CHR spokesman, said in a statement.
