President Rodrigo Duterte sent Presidential Assistant on Foreign Affairs (PAFA) Robert Borje to Saudi Arabia on Friday to advance labor relations and the welfare of Filipino workers in the Arab country.
"The visit is in line with President Rodrigo Duterte's promise of Kalinga at Malasakit for Overseas Filipino Workers, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic," the Palace said in a statement.
