Identification and cash cards for farmers - said to be a first for the Agriculture department - are being rolled out under the agency's Registry System for Basic Sectors in Agriculture (RSBSA) initiative.
The so-called "Interventions Monitoring Card" will give registered and validated RSBSA farmers access to relevant government programs.
