My wife works as a cashier in a merchandising store, and she was required to work last June 12, 2021 during Independence Day, along with 11 other cashiers as well as other store personnel. She is relatively new in her job, and she is unsure if she will be paid for holiday pay. Are all private employees entitled to holiday pay?
