CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela: Nineteen Chinese and six Filipinos were arrested after they sneaked into the city on board three vans without going through health protocols and allegedly using spurious Covid-19 RT-PCR test results and questionable travel documents and health declaration certificates on Thursday.

The 19 Chinese, who tried to apply for driver's licenses at the Land Transportation Office on June 24, were identified as Dong Jianjia, Miao Jiqing, Ying Jianfeng, Wang Biwei, Lin Yiqing, Fe yanling, Zhang Zhifang, Wang Libo, Zhonggen Li, Pengzhu Li, Zhijun Niu, Liang Fan, Lianshong Cai, Hao Liang, Yong Zhang, Qingsong Dui, Wenbing Xie, Lingling Wang and Xingquan Huang, all came from Metro Manila.
