TUGUEGARAO CITY, Cagayan: Mayor Jefferson Soriano said his camp is set to file a motion for reconsideration against a Sandiganbayan decision that found him guilty in a graft case with five other former Philippine National Police (PNP) officers.
The case stemmed from an allegation of anomalous purchase of P131.5 million worth of defective rubber boats in 2009 for the PNP organization that Soriano said was subjected to proper government procedures in procurement.
