LINGAYEN, Pangasinan: The provincial officials of Pangasinan, headed by Gov. Amado Espino 3rd, are optimistic that Covid-19 in the province will be over in the coming months or before the end of 2021, citing as their basis an official monitoring report where the number of active cases in Pangasinan continued to decline.
Espino on Sunday said more patients have recovered from Covid-19 infection than the number of new cases registered since January up to the present.
