CPD important and why does it matter?

WE are often asked to describe the importance of continuing professional development (CPD).

Not enough to say that you finished a bachelors' degree with corresponding masteral and doctoral and completed all your practical experience and have a job. As a professional, especially if you are practicing your profession, continuing professional development is important because it ensures you continue to be competent throughout your professional career.
