The Department of Transportation (DoTr) Secretary Arthur Tugade and Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) General Manager Jay Daniel Santiago, on Wednesday led the inauguration of the rehabilitated and upgraded Port of Talaga in Mabini, Batangas.
The port development project which started in September 2019, was officially completed last April 27.
