The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) is crafting an executive order to prioritize watershed rescue to counter effects of climate-linked calamities and ensure replenishment of irrigation and hydro-electric or geothermal energy sources.
This EO, being drafted by the DENR's Forest Management Bureau, will elevate to national strategy status its Save Our Watershed movement.
