TOKYO has granted a ¥687 million or over P309 million grant aid to Manila to help the Philippines further improve its cold chain storage systems for Covid-19 (coronavirus disease 2019) vaccines.
Japan also granted the Philippines ¥329 million grant aid or over P148 million to support the postgraduate studies of 22 young Filipino public officials.
