THE Commission on Elections (Comelec) will open more registration centers in malls to entice more people to register for the elections next year.

Comelec spokesman James Jimenez said on Wednesday the poll body and Robinsons Land Corp. will sign a memorandum of agreement on July 12 to set up voter registration booths in selected Robinsons malls across the country.
