The Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) has allowed children more than five years old living in modified general community quarantine (MGCQ) and general community quarantine (GCQ) areas to go outdoors.
Palace spokesman Harry Roque Jr. on Friday said the children can roam in parks, playgrounds, beaches, biking and hiking trails, and outdoor tourist sites.
