THE leadership of the Commission on Higher Education (CHEd) chided a ranking official of the Cagayan State University (CSU) on Saturday and advised him to liquidate projects funded by the commission instead of ranting on social media over a supposed withheld project proposal.
CHEd Chairman J. Prospero de Vera 3rd issued the statement, following tirades posted by CSU Vice President Ranhilio Aquino on social media.
