DESPITE the decline in Covid-19 cases, Moody's Analytics urged the Philippine government to be cautious in easing quarantine restrictions.
"The Philippines' daily number of new infections has stabilized and the country has reported a reduction in active cases. This is expected to prompt the government to ease restrictions in Manila in the coming weeks," Moody's Analytics said in a report on Monday.
