THE Department of Environment and Natural Resources has urged local government units to co-invest in the Manila Bay-Bataan restoration program, using their increased income that could churn back sustainable jobs and ecosystems services.

Investing in the restoration of the Manila Bay to Bataan coastal areas will bring back to life key biodiversity areas that could in turn provide sustained livelihood for residents in coastal areas.
