A YELLOW alert was raised over seven Luzon power plants that were either offline or running at limited capacity, the National Grid Corp. of the Philippines (NGCP) said on Tuesday.
The grid operator declared a yellow alert in the country's largest island that started at 10 a.m. and was lifted at 1:10 p.m.
