CEBU Pacific Air (CEB) said that several local governments are accepting vaccination cards as a travel requirement for travelers.
The CEB, citing government health protocols, said that a passenger is considered fully-vaccinated at least 14 days after having received the second of two doses or at least 14 days after having received a single-dose vaccine.
