Top Frontier's former director

FERDINAND King Constantino reduced his direct ownership in Top Frontier Investment Holdings Inc. (TFHI) to 14,750 common shares or 0.0044 percent after he sold 100 common shares on July 9, 2021. He is a former director of the seven-person board of the company, which - according to the Philippine Stock Exchange - has 332,886,167 outstanding common shares. Constantino was previously a nominee-director of Master Year Limited (MYL), which owns 10 percent of TFHI common shares. In a filing, MYL said the subject 100 shares were reverted to the firm by Constantino, its former nominee director in TFHI.

Perry Weinne Lato sold 103,000 WEB common shares at P2.38 each and 97,000 WEB common shares at P2.39 each on July 14, 2021. The sale reduced his indirect ownership to 71,601,333 common shares or 4.99 percent from 71,801,333 common shares or 5 percent. He sold his 200,000 WEB common shares through Palmary.
