Finance Secretary Carlos Dominguez 3rd said his department will review within this month the Revenue Regulation (RR) 9-2021, which slapped a 12-percent value-added tax (VAT) on indirect exports.
"Yes, we will review it, and we will we will implement it, according to the law," he announced during the Financial Executives Institute of the Philippines' seventh general membership meeting, which was held virtually on Wednesday.
