FILINVEST Land Inc. has set the final price for the initial public offering (IPO) of its real estate investment trust (REIT), Filinvest REIT Corp., at P7 per share.
In a disclosure on Wednesday, the firm said the price is at the mid-point of the range and was driven by the "strong participation from domestic qualified institutional buyers and pension funds, along with international institutional and private bank participation."
