Only BSP can issue bills and coins

My friend and I are thinking of having a business that we can hopefully venture into after our graduation from college. Although we are still in our teens, we believe it is never too early to dream. Anyway, he suggested that we venture in making bills and coins, but we are not sure if there is a law that regulates this. Can you advise us on this?
