CELEBRATING a year of successful educational broadcasting amid the pandemic, the Department of Education (DepEd) has launched the first-ever DepEd TV Awards to recognize the outstanding performance of teacher-broadcasters and production teams of the program.

"We are always thankful to our teacher-broadcasters and production crews who have served tirelessly to continue educating our children despite the situation. The DepEd TV project has really brought countless stories of resiliency and creativity of our personnel and we want to recognize them for their service," Education Secretary Leonor Briones said.
