TWELVE more cases of the Delta variant of the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) were reported by the Department of Health (DoH) on Thursday as signs of a new surge began to emerge.
The DoH said 11 of the cases were confirmed to be local cases, an indication that the infection could have already spread within their communities.
