RAINS are expected to continue over the next three days, particularly in Luzon and Visayas due to an enhanced southwest monsoon ("habagat") as typhoon "Fabian" exited the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), the state-run-weather agency said on Saturday.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said that it was closely monitoring another storm, "Nepartak", though it remains outside PAR.
