Boxer Nesthy Petecio of the Philippines advanced to the round of 16 in the women's featherweight division after defeating Marcelat Sakobi Matshu of the Democratic Republic of Congo via unanimous decision in the Tokyo Olympics Saturday morning at the Kokugikan Arena.
The five judges scored 30-27, 30-27, 29-28, 30-27, and 30-27 in favor of Petecio who dominated Marcelat in the three-round bout.
