THE United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) Asia Pacific Regional Office, in partnership with the UNFPA Philippines Country Office, organized the online event "Dynamics Demographics" on July 13, 2021 in celebration of World Population Day, the most important day in the UNFPA calendar. The theme this year is that the solution to shifting fertility rates lies in prioritizing the reproductive health and rights of all people.
World Population Day is an annual event that aims to enhance awareness of population issues, including their relations to the environment and development. It seeks to focus attention on the urgency and significance of the issues within the rapidly changing population landscape in the world.
