Finance Secretary Carlos Dominguez 3rd said his department is working on a fiscal recovery plan that could be implemented by the next administration.
"Our department is now preparing our plans for the next administration to possibly adopt, and that will require certain measures, probably increased taxes ... probably reduce some expenses that are unnecessary," he said in a television interview following President Rodrigo Duterte's final State of the Nation Address (SONA) on Monday.
