BUSINESS leaders on Wednesday said that while they are amenable to the proposed imposition of a two-week hard lockdown, businesses must be given time to prepare.
"In case this will be announced, we don't want it to be so sudden that everybody's caught flat-footed. It's important that the preparation period be allowed for business sectors," said Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) President Emeritus George Barcelon during Wednesday's Pandesal Forum.
