ITOGON, Benguet: A young water delivery truck driver died after the vehicle he was driving suffered mechanical trouble and rammed into a parked van before falling on its side at Sitio Kurba, Barangay Tuding, here, Monday afternoon.
Col. Renaldo Pasiwen, provincial director of the Benguet Provincial Police Office, identified the fatality as Martin Cayat Napeek 3rd, 19, and a resident of Trail, Tuding, Itogon, Benguet.
