THERE was a breach of protocol by the Quezon City Police Department (QCPD) when it deployed on Monday more than 80 personnel to President Rodrigo Duterte's State of the Nation Address (SONA) while waiting for the results of their tests for the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19).
The QCPD confirmed on Wednesday that these officers from Talipapa Police Station 3 tested positive for Covid-19 but their results were released only on Tuesday.
