OCCASIONAL monsoon rains continue to prevail over Metro Manila while the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies due to 'habagat' or southwest monsoon, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Wednesday.

Pagasa said it is still monitoring tropical depression 'In-fa' though it was already outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility and was no longer affecting the weather in the country.
