ARLENE Sinsuat-De Castro, wife of former vice president Manuel "Noli" De Castro, passed away, his daughter, People's Television general manager Katherine Chloe de Castro confirmed on Saturday.
"I love you mommy very much, rest now mommy," De Castro posted on her personal Facebook page.
