A wrecked vehicle is parked behind a police line along Mel Lopez Boulevard (former Radial Road 10) in Manila on July 30, 2021. Witnesses said the unidentified driver of the vehicle shot dead one of the traffic enforcers and ploughed through several other vehicles as he tried to flee after he was accosted for a violation.
