The Cebu Port Authority has suspended passenger trips in all port terminals.
"With the imposition of Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ), all Cebu City inbound and outbound passenger trips are temporarily suspended until 15 August 2021," the agency said in a Facebook post.
