The Industrial Technology Development Institute (ITDI) of the Department of Science and Technology (DoST) has the hub for developing innovations in food or pharmaceuticals.

Inaugurated on February 2021, the Modular Multi-industry Innovation Center (MMIC), dubbed as InnoHub sa Pinas, is the innovation hub catering for product development for the food and pharma-neutraceutical industries. It is a collaboration between ITDI's Chemicals and Energy and Food Processing Division, offering state-of-the-art equipment under three research and development (R&D) lines: Nut and Seed Oils Line, Mix Blend Powders Line, and Liquids and Emulsions Line.
