Officers and members of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) joined millions of Scouts in celebrating World Scout Scarf Day online on August 1 by posting photos of themselves on social media donning their uniforms and neckerchiefs.
Scouts all around the world showed unity and strength amid the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic by participating in the event.
