PRESIDENTIAL Adviser for Entrepreneurship Jose Maria "Joey" Concepcion 3rd said the success of the lockdown will depend on the coordination of the government, local chief executives and the private sector.
He added the reimposition of enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) in Metro Manila will allow the country's health care system to "efficiently recalibrate" its measures against Covid-19, particularly the Delta variant.
