THE Philippine Center for Postharvest Development and Mechanization (PHilMech) and the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) have executed an agreement to level up the capabilities of cooperatives in adopting farm mechanization and to operate as farm machinery service providers.
To improve the entrepreneurial capabilities of the Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF) Mechanization Program beneficiaries, PHilMech and CDA officially inked a memorandum of agreement (MoA) during the agency's 43rd anniversary celebration on May 27.
