THE Commission on Elections (Comelec) will automatically revalidate the registration of some 6.3 million registered voters who failed to cast their ballots in the last two elections, an official of the poll body said.
In an online forum, Commissioner Rowena Guanzon said poll officials will discuss the mechanics of the revalidation process when they meet en banc or as a whole.
