President Rodrigo Duterte has ordered the Department of Health (DoH) to respond to the Commission on Audit's (CoA) queries about the way the department managed P67.32 billion in Covid-19 response funds.
The CoA on Wednesday flagged the DoH for mismanaging the funds.
