THE Commission on Population and Development (Popcom) has associated the boom of lockdown babies to quarantine restrictions being imposed during the Covid-19 pandemic.
This was noted by Popcom Central Luzon Regional Director Lourdes Nacionales as she urged couples to observe "family planning methods" while lockdown protocols are in place.
